If you appreciate the effort that has gone into collating all this information, just to give it away, please don't be shy about sending cash. Around US$10, E10 or whatever you feel is appropriate. How much would you be prepared to pay for a book on the subject ? This money isn't just pissed up against a wall - instead I use it to take my wife out to dinner, to try and appease for the amount of time I spend in front of the computer.

I've got the site as TWO files. The first one is all the text & supporting illustrations, whereas the second has just the photos from the photos section. This means it will be easier to update, as there's no point in getting all the pictures again and again. If you are limited for space, just get the Texts one.

Photos : HomeDistillation2.zip (4.6 Mb, 24 May 03)
Then

Create a new directory for them,
Unzip them all into there (if you don't have WinZip, go to http://www.winzip.com). When unzipped, it should have a couple of directories in there (called image,simage, details, and graphics) along with the htm files. If it all ends up in the one directory, check your settings and try again.
Click on INDEX.HTML to fire it up
